OUR SAFETY MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORK

At Tonic, we are committed to working safely and continuously improving our safety performanceacross our business. Creating a safe working environment for our employees, subcontractors andclients remains our highest priority.Each element of our framework enables our business to continue to effectively and efficiently manage ourstatutory obligations, meet the expectations of the business and our clients, and maintain our high standardsof safety throughout our business operations.Any updates or amendments to policy, standards or legislation are mapped against requirements andaccountabilities and incorporated into the Tonic Management System as needed.Clear lines of communications within our business ensure that regular safety bulletins are rolled out to bothour office and site-based personnel to ensure our workforce remains informed and able to implement safetybest practice in their everyday roles.We have a firm belief that if work is thoughtfully planned and executed, all incidents can be prevented. Westrive to achieve Zero Harm to all personnel involved in our work with a commitment to ensure no one isexposed to uncontrolled hazards and risks.
